Job summary

Tec D Distribution (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Presales Consultant to support the Sales team with technical briefings, tailored demonstrations and qualification discussions for customers and prospects. The role will involve conducting POC activities and helping expand opportunities through strong questioning.

You will deliver deep-dive product demonstrations, train partners on solutions, and contribute to RFP/RFI responses while coordinating technical validation events.

Qualifications

Demonstrated understanding of presales processes and solution qualification.
Ability to deliver technical product demonstrations and POC activities.
Experience in preparing and presenting to customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Assist Account/Product Managers with qualification of opportunities by providing presales technical support.
Provide pre-sales technical support and deliver deep dive product demonstrations to customers and business partners.
Deliver training to partners on products and solutions.
Contribute to and refine technical RFP/RFI responses.
Coordinate and manage technical validation events (POC) and assets.
Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions when appropriate and requested.
