GTS Consulting is seeking a Presales Specialist Demo to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will deliver tailored product demonstrations and clearly articulate business value to prospective clients, working closely with Sales to drive engagement and successful deal closures.

The role requires 3–8 years in Presales, demo, or related business consulting, with excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

Presales Specialist Demo

We are looking for a Presales Demo Specialist - Insurance to join our dynamic team in KL, Malaysia. This role is ideal for professionals who can deliver compelling product demonstrations and clearly articulate business value to prospective clients.

As a key member of the Presales team, you will partner closely with Sales to showcase our solutions, helping drive customer engagement and successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations tailored to client requirements
• Translate complex product features into clear business value propositions
• Collaborate with Sales to support opportunity qualification and deal conversion

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-8 years of experience in Presales / Demo Specialist / Business Consulting roles
• Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences
• Strong client-facing experience and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in insurance core systems, insurtech platforms, API-based insurance ecosystems, or digital insurance solutions.
• Familiarity with solution architecture concepts, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and enterprise software.
• Experience responding to RFPs/RFIs and supporting end-to-end sales pursuits.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with insurance carriers, brokers, MGAs, TPAs, or other insurance ecosystem participants.
