Job summary

GTS Consulting is seeking a Presales Specialist Demo to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will deliver tailored product demonstrations and clearly articulate business value to prospective clients, working closely with Sales to drive engagement and successful deal closures.

The role requires 3–8 years in Presales, demo, or related business consulting, with excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

Experience in presales or demo roles with ability to translate technical concepts to business value.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across client teams.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-impact product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
Translate complex product features into clear business value propositions.
Collaborate with Sales to support opportunity qualification and deal conversion.
Understand and present end-to-end workflows and business processes.
Customize demos based on client use cases.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs and provide presales support documentation.
Gather client feedback and collaborate with Product teams to enhance offerings.
