Job summary

HRWORK in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced cybersecurity presales professional to translate customer requirements into effective solutions. You will deliver technical presentations, run PoCs, deploy and test demonstrations, and craft technical proposals.

Collaboration with sales, product, and delivery teams, plus training partners, are key parts of the role. Multilingual and travel-ready candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity presales or related technical role.
• Good understanding of networking and cybersecurity solutions (SIEM, WAF, PAM, data security).
• Hands-on deployment and PoC testing experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Multilingual in Mandarin Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel for customer meetings and partner activities.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Independently conduct product PoCs, including deployment, configuration, testing, and results presentation.
• Prepare technical proposals and tender responses.
• Provide technical support and training to channel partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Delivery teams to support customer projects.
