Job summary

Time dotCom Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Technical Presales Engineer to own technical requirements during the sales cycle. You will present solutions, size and design prospect architectures, and support the sales team to win business.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in network security, cloud services, or telco solutions, with CCNP/ CCDP preferred and strong English communication. This role is based in KL with hands-on design and training duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Networking, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Network Services, Security, and Cloud Services.
• Solid knowledge of Routing & Switching, SDWAN, Cybersecurity and Telco products.
• Experience with SOC services, MDR, EDR and Threat Intelligence preferred.
• CCNP/CCDP or equivalent is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical aspects of the sales cycle and determine requirements.
• Explain and present solutions to customers to drive buy-in.
• Develop high-level design and architecture for prospect solutions.
• Prepare RFP/RFI/Proposals and guide solutions architecture and training.
• Address prospect questions with accurate, comprehensive information.
• Collaborate with teams to tailor services and sizing for clients.
• Conduct internal product training for sales and presales staff.
