Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Manager – Enterprise / Campus Networking to join its growing technical consulting team. You will architect secure, scalable networking solutions, engage with customers, and drive digital transformation across commercial and enterprise environments.

The role demands hands-on design for LAN/WLAN, PoC leadership, and collaboration with sales, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Networking or ICT solutions.
• At least 3 years in Presales, Solution Engineering, or Network Consultancy.
• Strong design experience for enterprise LAN, WLAN, campus, and data centre networking.

Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives and technical requirements from enterprise customers.
• Design scalable, secure campus networking solutions.
• Develop solution architectures, BoMs, and HLDs.
• Lead technical workshops, presentations, and customer demonstrations.
• Manage end-to-end PoC engagements from planning to reporting.
• Support RFIs, RFPs, RFQ submissions with technical documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors, distributors, and delivery teams.
• Provide technical guidance through the sales cycle until handover.
• Stay current with networking technologies, automation, and AI-driven operations.
