Job summary

CDNetworks in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Presales Engineer with CDN, networking and cloud security expertise to support customer engagements, design solutions, run POCs, and deliver product demos.

The role requires Mandarin proficiency, 3–10 years in pre-sales or post-sales, and willingness to travel locally and internationally; familiarity with AI gateways and large language models is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years in customer-facing pre-sales or post-sales roles.
• Solid CDN, DNS, HTTP, DDoS, TCP/IP fundamentals.
• Basic Linux and networking knowledge.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation and solution qualification during pre-sales engagements.
• Design and propose CDN and security solutions based on customer requirements.
• Develop POCs and provide technical responses for RFQs/RFPs.
• Deliver product demonstrations and architecture-related presentations.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to relay customer requirements.
• Support and develop understanding of AI Gateway and related infrastructure.
