Job summary

CTC GLOBAL SDN BHD is seeking a motivated individual for a technical pre-sales role based in Klang City, Malaysia. The successful candidate will provide technical support in designing advanced networking solutions, collaborating with clients and partners to deliver effective proposals and solutions.

Requirements include a diploma or degree in relevant fields, with at least 1 year of experience in network architecture or pre-sales. Proficiency in Cisco or Huawei technologies will be beneficial. Strong communication skills in English are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Network Architect/Presales experience.
• Working experience in Cisco networking environment with hands-on skill.
• Cisco, Huawei, Aruba principal certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support and articulate designs.
• Study and architect infrastructure solutions according to customer requirements.
• Assist in bidding efforts and solution architecting.
