Job summary

TG Malaysia is seeking a Design & Technical Engineer based in Selangor (Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam). The role involves developing system designs and wiring schematics, and working with sales, design, procurement and project teams to ensure proposal accuracy and delivery success.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electronics/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, 2–5 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome), and be willing to travel and work long hours.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of related field experience; project management in construction is a plus.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Willing to travel and work long hours; own transport may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of sales engineers.
• Multitask across multiple projects.
• Participate in presales and tender preparation.
• Develop system designs and wiring schematics.
• Coordinate with design, procurement and project teams to align proposals with delivery.
• Engage with clients to assess requirements and perform site surveys.
• Provide technical clarifications during negotiations.
• Identify opportunities for automation, quality improvements and cost reductions.
