Job summary

Keysight Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced engineer to design, develop, and integrate electrical solutions for custom rack systems and system-level products in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

You will prepare schematics, wiring diagrams, and supporting documents while collaborating with mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams. The role emphasizes project execution, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement, with responsibilities spanning from concept to product

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics or related field from a recognized university.
3–5 years of relevant working experience in electrical/electronic system integration or manufacturing environments.
Experience with custom rack systems, instrumentation systems, or industrial equipment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning, execution, and delivery from concept to product release.
Provide technical leadership during prototype development and first-build activities.
Support manufacturing with issue resolution, yield improvements, and process optimization.
Develop and control engineering documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
Identify cost reduction opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
