S.E.M. Dynamic Engineers seeks a skilled Technical Electrical professional in Seberang Jaya, Penang. The role focuses on designing, implementing and validating electrical systems, with 3–5 years of related experience and a strong grasp of industry standards.

The successful candidate will prepare drawings, perform analyses, and oversee installation and commissioning, while ensuring compliance and collaboration across engineering teams. This is a full-time, on-site position in Penang.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• PE/PEng registration is highly desirable.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering or a related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, systems and components.
• Proficiency with electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, DIgSILENT or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of electrical codes, standards and regulations relevant to Malaysia and international requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Experience with industrial electrical systems, power distribution, or control systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of project management and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and optimise electrical systems and components for various engineering projects.
• Conduct electrical calculations, simulations and analysis to ensure system performance and safety compliance.
• Prepare detailed electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation using industry-standard software.
• Oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic work to identify and resolve electrical faults and issues.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical codes, standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, mechanical engineers and other team members to ensure seamless project integration.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical designs, test results and project documentation.
