Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Malaysia is seeking a CSP Presales Architect to drive technical enablement and solution design with our partner ecosystem across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

You will work as the technical bridge between HPE and partners, architecting complex solutions, guiding deployments, and ensuring successful customer outcomes through virtualization, automation, and strong enablement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 5–10 years of technical IT experience with a focus on technical selling.
• Proven track record in solution configurations and architecture design, virtualization.
• Experience with Aria Operations/Aria Automation and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling customer proposals aligned with business and technical needs.
• Provide technical expertise in virtualization and infrastructure solutions.
• Support CSP partner sales with demos, PoC setups, and presentations.
• Identify business opportunities through partner engagements and upselling.
• Collaborate to design cost-effective, scalable solutions and track activities.
