Job summary

G-AsiaPacific is seeking a Solutions Architect in Puchong, Malaysia. This on-site, full-time role partners with sales, technical, and support teams to design and propose innovative cloud-based solutions that address real customer challenges.

You will lead discovery, workshops, and solution demonstrations while guiding the technical direction for cloud adoption and modernization journeys. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree (IT preferred)
• Minimum 2 years presales or solutions architect experience
• Proficient in one or more cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and strong communication

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business needs and define engagement scope, success criteria, and technical objectives.
• Architect and recommend best-fit cloud solutions aligning business goals with modern tech stacks.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, design workshops, and solution walkthroughs.
• Deliver solution demonstrations, presentations, and proofs-of-concepts highlighting business value.
• Develop scalable technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints for cloud adoption.
• Deliver technical deep dives and training to support sales and marketing events.
• Provide technical guidance to the sales team through the pre-sales process.
