• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding in-store customer service reflecting premium standards.
• Drive sales to meet store KPIs and make tailored recommendations.
• Maintain store visuals and merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Support store operations including stock, replenishment, and cleanliness.
• Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
