Job summary

SITI KHADIJAH APPAREL SDN. BHD. (RETAIL) is seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to lead our store team in Shah Alam and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach staff, manage VIP clients, oversee daily operations, stock, and visual merchandising, and ensure adherence to SOPs. Weekend and holiday shifts are required; candidates with premium fashion experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Experience in premium fashion or lifestyle brands preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Comfortable with weekend and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and retail team.
• Drive store sales, KPI and revenue targets.
• Coach and motivate the team to achieve performance.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain client relationships.
• Manage VIP/high-value customers.
• Ensure stock management, inventory accuracy and store security.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor staff scheduling and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs.
