HSBC Holdings plc in Malaysia invites an ambitious Premier Manager to lead a team of relationship managers serving high-net-worth clients. You will deepen client relationships and deliver tailored financial solutions while driving revenue growth within the Premier segments.

You will recruit, mentor and coach the team, ensure adherence to HSBC's sales process and Shariah-compliant practices, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to provide a superior client experience with strict risk

Qualifications

• At least 6 to 9 years in a sales leadership role managing wealth sales teams.
• Proven track record of success in managing a large and complex relationship portfolio.
• Excellent commercial acumen, leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Conversant in Shariah knowledge and competency.
• Must be able to make independent decisions with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Develop action plans and strategies to acquire Premier and Premier Elite customers and grow relationships.
• Actively manage Premier client portfolio, offering personalised banking and wealth solutions.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to grow assets under management (AUM).
• Lead Premier Sales team to achieve Wealth Management targets.
• Ensure Shariah compliance and risk controls across client portfolios.
• Coach and mentor Relationship Managers for targets and career growth.
• Uphold a customer-first culture with high service standards and digital banking adoption.
