HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad seeks a Premier Manager for KL Main (Menara IQ) to lead a team of relationship managers serving high net worth clients. You will drive revenue growth, deepen client relationships, and tailor wealth solutions through active portfolio management and strategic cross-selling.

Responsibilities include developing sales plans, managing a Premier team, promoting digital channels, and ensuring risk controls and Shariah-compliant practices align with regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing a large and complex relationship portfolio.
• Experience leading wealth sales teams with high service standards.
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop action plans to acquire Premier/Premier Elite clients and grow relationships.
• Actively manage Premier portfolios and cross-sell to grow AUM.
• Lead Premier Sales team to achieve Wealth Management targets.
• Champion customer-first culture and promote digital banking platforms.
• Recruit, mentor and coach Relationship Managers and ensure compliance.
• Oversee risk controls, confidentiality and Shariah-compliant sales.
