Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–9 years in a sales leadership role managing wealth sales teams.
• Proven track record of managing a large, complex relationship portfolio.
• Strong commercial acumen with leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Shariah knowledge and compliance familiarity.
• Certificates in CFP / PCE / Unit Trust / MTA are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop action plans to acquire and grow Premier and Premier Elite customers.
• Manage the Premier portfolio with personalised banking and wealth solutions.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to grow assets under management.
• Lead the Premier Sales team to achieve Wealth Management targets.
• Ensure data quality, governance and adherence to risk controls.
