Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Malaysia seeks an Assistant Premier Manager to lead a team of relationship managers delivering premier wealth management solutions to high net worth clients. You will drive revenue growth, deepen client relationships and tailor financial solutions for affluent individuals and families.

You will recruit, mentor and coach the Premier Sales team to achieve WEM targets, while promoting digital channels and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and Shariah guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a sales leadership role managing wealth sales teams.
• Proven track record managing a large, complex client portfolio.
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Shariah-compliant sales required.
• Willing to work across cross-functional partnerships with partners.
• Certifications such as CFP, PCE, MTA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Premier/ Premier Elite team to achieve Wealth Management targets.
• Develop action plans to acquire new Premier and Premier Elite customers and grow relationships.
• Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities to grow AUM.
• Uphold Shariah-compliant sales and service and maintain high integrity.
• Ensure data quality, workflow efficiency and governance in client records.
• Coach and mentor Relationship Managers for performance and career growth.
