Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a Premier Relationship Banker in Malaysia to manage and grow Premier clients’ wealth through tailored financial planning and professional relationship management.

The role requires a strong sales track record, qualifications in wealth/investment licensing, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia with Mandarin/Cantonese as a plus. Priorities include compliance and delivering best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management of High Net Worth clients preferred.
• Diploma or Degree qualification required.
• Licences in marketing wealth/investment products such as PCE, TBE, CEILLI, FIMM, IPPC required.
• Strong sales track record in insurance and investment products.
• Sales oriented and driven to produce results.
• Strong influencing, networking and portfolio management skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage, acquire, grow and deepen Premier customers’ relationships through effective relationship management.
• Drive revenue and AUM growth through holistic financial planning.
• Ensure high level of sales and services of HSBC retail products based on needs-based selling.
• Refer mortgage business to Mortgage Arranger (MA).
• Ensure best practice on wealth sales is referred to peers and others.
• Ensure compliance with products and sales policies, procedures and guidelines set by the Bank and relevant authorities.
