Job summary

OCBC invites a driven Premier Banking professional to join its Group Consumer Financial Services team in Batu Pahat, Johor, focusing on delivering tailored financial solutions to Premier clients.

You will plan and execute sales activities, build lasting relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service while adhering to regulatory requirements and licensing standards. You’ll collaborate with marketing initiatives and events to expand the Premier Franchise and maintain reports with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college.
• 3–5 years’ sales and client relationship experience.
• Must possess licenses: PCE, CEILI & FIMM; IPPC will be an added advantage.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills; able to deliver high quality customer service.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate financial solutions to Premier Banking customers and expand the Premier Franchise via sales initiatives.
• Plan, organize, participate and execute events and sales activities aligned with Premier Banking directions.
• Provide excellent customer experience to Premier Banking customers at all touch points.
• Build sustainable relationships with Premier Banking customers through timely follow-ups.
• Adhere to policies, regulatory risk and compliance, and ensure accurate reporting.
