Job summary

OCBC Malaysia, GCFS, is seeking a Premier Banking professional to acquire new Premier Banking customers and provide tailored financial solutions from Kluang, Johor. You will plan, execute sales events and deliver excellent service across all touchpoints to strengthen client relationships.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in sales/relationship roles, with relevant licenses such as PCE, CEILI or FIMM; IPPC is a plus. Valid driving license and own transport are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, in any field, from an accredited university / colleges.
• Possess strong interest in financial planning, investment and keen to work in a sales driven environment.
• Preferably with 3 - 5 years’ experience in sales and client relationship experience.
• Must possess the required licenses (e.g PCE, CEILI & FIMM); IPPC will be an added advantage.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills; able to deliver high quality customer service.
• Possess a valid driving license & own transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate financial solutions to Premier Banking customers and expand the Premier Franchise via marketing initiatives.
• Plan, organize, participate and execute events inline with the Premier Banking direction and related sales initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer experience to Premier Banking customers at all touchpoints with care, value and enhancement.
• Build sustainable relationships with Premier Banking customers through timely follow-ups and anticipating needs.
• Proactively engage Premier Banking customers to achieve continuous customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to related policies, regulatory risk and compliance measures; ensure no lapses.
• Ensure timely submission of reports for statutory and regulatory requirements; maintain accuracy of transactions.
