Job summary

OCBC in Penang seeks a Premier Banking Sales Professional to provide tailored financial solutions and grow the Premier Franchise through proactive engagement with clients.

You will plan and execute events, deliver outstanding service at all touchpoints, and build lasting relationships while aligning with compliance and regulatory requirements.

Candidates should have a degree and 3–5 years sales/relationship experience, plus relevant licenses, with a valid driving license and own transport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Strong interest in financial planning and a sales-driven environment.
• 3–5 years’ sales and client relationship experience.
• Possess required licenses (PCE, CEILI & FIMM); IPPC adds advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial solutions to Premier Banking customers and grow the Premier Franchise.
• Plan, participate and execute event and sales activities aligned with business direction.
• Deliver excellent customer experience across touchpoints and build sustainable relationships.
• Proactively engage Premier Banking customers to achieve high customer satisfaction.
