Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a Premier Banking professional to provide financial solutions and build lasting relationships with high-net-worth customers in Malaysia. You will drive sales through events and targeted initiatives, ensuring top-notch customer experiences and compliance across activities.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales and client relationship experience, a Bachelor's degree, and relevant licenses; driving is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Interest in financial planning and investments; keen to work in a sales-driven environment.
• 3–5 years’ experience in sales and client relationship management.
• Must possess the required licenses (PCE, CEILI & FIMM); IPPC will be an added advantage.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills; able to deliver high quality customer service.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate financial solutions to Premier Banking customers and expand the Premier Franchise by acquiring new customers via various marketing initiatives.
• Plan, organize, participate and execute events and sales activities aligned with Premier Banking direction and initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer experience to Premier Banking customers at all touchpoints through caring, value, and service excellence.
• Build sustainable relationships with Premier Banking customers through timely follow-ups and anticipating needs.
• Proactively engage Premier Banking customers to achieve continuous customer satisfaction.
