Job summary

OCBC Malaysia’s GCFS seeks a Premier Banking Associate to provide premier financial solutions and expand the Premier Franchise through marketing initiatives and events.

The role focuses on excellent client service, proactive relationship building, and strict compliance while meeting sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years in sales or client relations, licenses (PCE, CEILI & FIMM; IPPC a plus), strong communication, and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college.
• Interest in financial planning and sales driven environment.
• 3–5 years’ experience in sales and client relations.
• Licenses: PCE, CEILI & FIMM; IPPC is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate financial solutions to Premier customers and expand the Premier Franchise via marketing initiatives.
• Plan, organize, participate and execute events and sales activities aligned with Premier Banking strategy.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build sustainable relationships through follow-ups.
