Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a Premier Banking specialist to deliver financial solutions to Premier Banking clients and to grow the Premier Franchise through strategic marketing and sales initiatives.

You will plan and participate in events, provide excellent customer service at all touchpoints, and foster lasting relationships with clients through proactive follow-ups and needs anticipation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited university.
• Interest in financial planning and a sales-driven environment.
• 3–5 years’ experience in sales and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate financial solutions to Premier Banking customers and help expand the Premier Franchise through marketing initiatives.
• Plan, organise, participate and execute events and sales activities aligned with Premier Banking direction.
• Provide excellent customer experience to Premier Banking customers at all touchpoints with care, value and responsiveness.
• Build sustainable relationships with Premier Banking customers via timely follow-ups and anticipating needs.
