Job summary

Acotec Sdn Bhd, part of the OSK Group, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead precast wall installation projects in Malaysia. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee from initiation to completion, acting as the main liaison among clients, consultants, contractors, and installation teams.

A strong focus on safety, schedule adherence, and quality will drive project success. The role requires 5–7 years of IBS/precaster experience, excellent communication, and travel as needed within the

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant IBS, precast, construction experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Possess own transport and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee precast wall installation projects from commencement to completion.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within scope.
Act as primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and installation teams.
Review design changes, variation orders, and scope modifications as needed.
Prepare weekly/monthly project progress reports and maintain project documentation.
