Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a Precast Factory Manager to direct the daily operations of a busy precast manufacturing facility in Malaysia. You will lead production scheduling, mould optimization, concrete mix control, and curing cycle supervision to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include manpower allocation across lines, inventory and logistics coordination, and safety enforcement, with a focus on continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical field.
• Minimum 10+ years in concrete manufacturing, with 5+ years in precast factory.
• Experience managing a factory with diverse product mix.
• Knowledge of automated batching plant operations and mix design adjustments.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality management principles.
• CIDB Green Card or relevant registration in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the precast facility and staffing.
• Develop master production timelines and operational activities.
• Oversee mould setup, maintenance, and rapid turnaround.
• Supervise batching for correct water–cement ratios and dosing.
• Manage curing processes to accelerate strength development.
• Deploy production lines with skilled finishers and carpenters.
• Monitor stock levels of cement, aggregates, sand, and inserts.
• Direct safe handling and loading of cured components.
• Oversee QA/QC for slump tests and cube testing.
• Ensure rebar cages meet engineering specs.
