Job summary

YITHAI BREEDING FARM (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Farm Supervisor to oversee daily farm operations in Malaysia. You will coordinate between workers, management, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and meet production needs.

You will monitor livestock health, biosecurity, and report issues promptly, while assisting in inventory and documentation tasks. The role requires supervising field operations, maintaining SOP compliance, and supporting scheduling and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Must have SPM/Certificate/Diploma or related field and be able to supervise field operations.
• Experience supervising workers in harvesting, upkeep and maintenance is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided.
• Must possess a valid Class D driving license; manual car driving is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic troubleshooting of farm equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Assist in record-keeping for production, mortality, and feed consumption.
• Perform other duties to support farm efficiency.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of SPM / Certificate in Agriculture / Diploma or any related field
• Involved in the daily supervision of workers handling field operations such as harvesting, upkeep & maintenance and other related field works
• Fresh graduates and fresh SPM school leavers are encouraged to apply as training will be provided for all successful candidates
• Must possess a valid Class D driving license. Ability to drive a manual car is an advantage.
