Job summary

COLLA LIVESTOCK SDN BHD in Taiping, Perak seeks a Farm Supervisor to oversee daily operations, supervise workers and ensure animal care standards are met. You will handle health, maintenance, and record-keeping while guiding the team in safety and procedures.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Animal Science/Husbandry/Animal Production and has 1 year of ruminant livestock experience, with English and Malay proficiency. Willingness to work at Colla Livestock, Perak is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or related Sijil Kemahiran or Sijil Veterinar Malaysia (Min. Level 3).
• Minimum 1 year experience in ruminant production or livestock (cattle/sheep).
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers for day to day operation.
• Monitor animal care, health and maintenance.
• Monitor farm facilities, landscape and assets.
• Train workers in animal care procedures, maintenance duties and safety precautions.
• Prepare all the records concerning livestock production, animal treatment, facility activities and workers time record.
• Develop farm procedures (SOP) and checklist.
• Priority is given to those experienced in breeding goats, sheep and cattle.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Animal Science/Husbandry/Animal Production and health or related Sijil Kemahiran or Sijil Veterinar Malaysia (Min. Level 3) in Animal Science/Husbandry
• Ruminant/Animal production and health or related
• Minimum 1 year experience in ruminant production or livestock (cattle/sheep) industry
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Posses valid driving license
• Willing to work at Colla Livestock, Pondok Tanjung, Perak
