Job summary

YITHAI BREEDING FARM (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Farm Supervisor to assist the Farm Manager with daily supervision of plantation operations and staff.

You will handle manpower records, machinery usage reports, and progress reporting, and ensure materials are recorded and used per SOP. Diploma or Degree in Animal Husbandry/Animal Science and manufacturing experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Animal Husbandry / Animal Science or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Self-motivated and hardworking attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist Farm Manager in supervising plantation/farm activities.
• Record daily manpower, machinery usage, and progress reports.
• Prepare fertilizer and chemicals for daily/monthly usage per SOP.
• Conduct morning roll calls, work distribution, and logistics.
• Supervise a team of staff and monitor materials delivery.

Job description

• Assist Farm Manager in the supervision of the work in the plantation/farm.
• Recording of the farm’s daily manpower chat, machinery usage report and farms progress report.
• Prepare fertilizer, chemical for worker daily/monthly usage as per program set by company SOP.
• Conduct routine farm operation activities - morning roll call, work distribution, worker distribution, worker logistics and social arrangement.
• To supervise a team of staff (workers), arrange and monitor machinery usage and monitor material delivery.
• To inspect all work done by worker at the end of the day and record total work done for monitoring and recording back as per monthly schedule comparison.
• To monitor the quality of work and ensure all works are carried out as per budget and target, control wastage and ensure all materials ae recorded as per usage.

Requirements:

• Candidates with qualification of Diploma and Degree in Animal Husbandry / Animal Science or equivalent will be an added advantage
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Self motivated and hardworking

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Selangor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
