FFM Farms Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated and proactive Coordinator, Farm (Breeder) to support the day-to-day operations of our breeder farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating farm activities, monitoring production performance, ensuring compliance with biosecurity and farm procedures, and supporting the development of farm employees.

This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for animal husbandry, farm operations, and continuous improvement in agricultural practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily farm operations, work schedules, and operational activities.
• Assist in planning and implementing flock husbandry and veterinary programs.
• Work closely with Farm Veterinarians, Senior Flock Leaders, and Flock Leaders to ensure smooth farm operations.
• Monitor production performance and maintain accurate operational records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with biosecurity requirements, myGAP standards, safety regulations, and established farm procedures.
• Review and update work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) when necessary.
• Coordinate and support hatchery production quality activities.
• Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for farm staff and workers.
• Maintain good housekeeping, security, and safe working conditions within the farm.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Animal Husbandry, Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in farm operations or related agricultural environments.
• Strong knowledge of animal husbandry practices.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in SOP implementation and process improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive will be an added advantage.
• Ability to adapt to operational challenges and changing business needs.
