Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Production Operator to execute daily production operations in line with process standards and production plans. You will assign and coordinate tasks for team members to ensure smooth production flow and monitor production processes, quality, and discipline.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with leadership experience will have an advantage. You must be willing to work 6 days per week with 12-hour shifts (Fixed OT). Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production operations in accordance with process standards and production plans
• Assign and coordinate tasks for team members to ensure smooth production flow
• Monitor production processes, discipline, and product quality
• Identify, resolve, and report production and on-site issues
• Support production safety and 6S implementation
• Handle Execution Management System (EMS) data entry and prepare shift production reports
• Train and guide team members on operational procedures and safety standards
• Oversee equipment maintenance and inspections
• Monitor team attendance and manage supplies
• Assist in product quality analysis and improvement actions
