This role is aim to provide expert technical supports to farms under QL Group with the objective of improving animal health, productivity, and overall farm performance.
Job Description
Conducts farm visit and assist in farm audit to check for compliance to work procedure.
Assist Veterinarian manager to manage crisis during disease outbreak, such as disease diagnosis & recommending appropriate control measures.
Assists Veterinarian Manager in developing, writing and translating SOP to document best practices and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Assists Veterinarian Manager in managing Farm Quality Assurance program to achieve best farming practice
Assists in organizing farm conferences/seminar/training activities to update of knowledge team members and subsidiaries.
Compiles, analyse & report data on flock health monitoring programs initiated by COE to communicate outcomes of monitoring activities.
Conducts technical trial & R&D on poultry related subjects to enhance farm performance.
Job Requirement
Must have Degree in Animal Science/Livestock/Veterinary Medicine.
MUST be able to travel outstation for site support.
Minimum 5 years of hands on working experience in poultry farm.
Possessed strong knowledge in poultry health skill in poultry diseases diagnosis.
Able to communicate with stakeholders from different levels.
