• Be the Subject Matter Expert for Glory software enquiries and support queries.
• Involve in software demo and discussions with customers.
• Handle post implementation support.
• Work with product teams on software product-related matters.
• Perform field installation and training.

Skills

Networking knowledge for TCP/IP network setup

Software programming or scripting

SQL Server and SQL queries

Web server environment knowledge

Web Security knowledge including SSL

Good Troubleshooting skills

Education
