Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Software Support Engineer in Malaysia to manage post-implementation software support and training for customers. You will be the Subject Matter Expert, addressing software queries and arranging demonstrations.

With a diploma or degree in IT, you should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong troubleshooting skills to ensure customer satisfaction and operational enhancements.

Responsibilities

Be the Subject Matter Expert for support queries.
Involve in software demo and discussion with customers.
Know settings and configuration for customers’ requirements.
Key person in charge of post implementation support.
Work with product teams on software matters.
Perform field installation and training.
Troubleshoot field problems related to software.
Create/update support documentation.
Modify software scripts to meet needs.
