Job summary

GLORY in Malaysia seeks a hands-on software consultant to join the software development team and enhance software capabilities for Glory's customers across industries. You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for in-house products and assist with partner integrations.

The role covers software design, testing, field installation, and collaboration with sales and other departments to implement projects.

Qualifications

• At least 3 or more years of relevant experience.
• Diploma or Degree in computing or related IT certification.
• Experienced in development in .NET core 3.1 or above.
• Familiar with Dependency Injection.
• Experienced in C# Web API development or C# WPF App development
• Experienced in Restful API integration and Json Web Token Authentication.
• English language – Excellent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good Troubleshooting skills.
• Good Interpersonal Relationship.

Responsibilities

• Be the Subject Matter Expert for all in-house software products and customized solution.
• Support partners to integrate with Glory products.
• Researching, designing, implementing Software programs.
• Perform comprehensive testing to ensure software performance and robustness.
• Perform field installation and training when necessary.
• Attend / analyse and troubleshoot field problems that are related to software.
• Documentation for requirements, user guide, training materials.
• Working closely with sales teams, other developers, and different departments for the project implementation.
