Job summary

You will serve as SME for in-house software, design and implement software, and assist with integration and testing. The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, a Diploma or Degree in computing, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant software development experience.
• Proven background with .NET Core 3.1+ and C# development.
• Strong communication in English and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Be SME for all in-house software products and customized solutions.
• Support partners to integrate with Glory products.
• Research, design and implement software programs.
• Perform comprehensive testing for performance and robustness.
• Conduct field installation and training when needed.
• Troubleshoot software-related field problems.
• Document requirements, user guides, and training materials.
• Collaborate with sales, developers, and other departments for project implementation.
