Job summary

DKSH Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Technical Support to maintain POS systems, store connectivity and data integration across our retail network in Petaling Jaya.

You will coordinate deployments, monitor networks, liaise with mall management, and work with the MYIT team on backend scripts to ensure smooth sales operations and accurate data. The role requires a Diploma in IT and at least two years in IT leadership with strong communication and detail orientation.

About The Role

The Executive, Technical Support plays a key operational role in ensuring the reliability and performance of Information Technology (IT) infrastructure across DKSH's retail outlets. This position drives seamless business operations by maintaining Point of Sale (POS) systems, outlet connectivity, and data integration, contributing directly to the efficiency of DKSH's Sales function.

What You Will Deliver

• Plan, configure, and coordinate the deployment of POS terminal sets to outlets, ensuring smooth and timely roll-out execution
• Monitor and troubleshoot outlet network connections to maintain consistent system uptime and operational continuity
• Liaise with shopping mall management teams to facilitate sales data integration with their respective servers
• Coordinate with the MYIT team to develop and implement back-end scripts for seamless data transfer across networks to shopping mall servers
• Manage end-to-end tasks related to POS operations, performance, and issue resolution
• Review synchronization data accuracy across different systems and implement timely rectifications to address discrepancies
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required, including asset movement tracking, network billing and allocation, and integration and interface status monitoring

What You Bring

• Diploma in Information Technology or a relevant discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 2 years of IT experience in a managerial capacity
• Foundational knowledge of hardware components and networking principles
