Job summary

Coolblog Dessert Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a System Administrator and Analyst to manage the POS system, analyse data, and translate insights into actionable solutions for all stores nationwide. You will oversee wifi and CCTV setup and maintenance, drive system enhancements, and collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver reliable, data-driven decisions and improved store performance.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years’

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field or combined IT system administration and accounting experience.
Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel (Advanced), Power BI and a broad range of statistical software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent analytical abilities.
Ability to define data requirements and analyze KPIs and trends.

Responsibilities

Administering POS system including setup, pricing updates, and promotions.
Define strategies and goals for POS daily management, support and maintenance.
Deliver data support by aggregating data from multiple sources to identify opportunities.
