Job summary
HTC Global Services MSC Sdn Bhd is seeking a software professional with strong experience in Policy 400 (P400) insurance applications and a solid grasp of insurance policy administration processes. The role emphasizes hands-on development and collaboration across cross-functional teams within a global IT services environment.
Ideal candidates will have 3-8 years of software development experience, familiarity with AS/400 environments, and exposure to RPG/RPGLE, CL/CLLE, and DB2.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-8 years of experience in software development.
- Hands-on experience with Policy 400 (P400) insurance applications.
- Strong understanding of the insurance domain, preferably Life/General/Property & Casualty insurance.
- Experience with insurance policy administration processes.
- Knowledge of AS/400 environments is preferred.
- Experience with RPG/RPGLE, CL/CLLE, DB2 or related technologies will be an advantage.
- Experience in application support, enhancements, and production issue resolution.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
