Minimum 3–8 years of experience in software development.
Hands-on experience working with Policy 400 (P400) insurance applications.
Strong understanding of the insurance domain, preferably Life Insurance, General Insurance, or Property & Casualty Insurance.
Experience with insurance policy administration processes.
Knowledge of AS/400 (IBM iSeries) environments is preferred.
Experience with RPG/RPGLE, CL/CLLE, DB2, or related technologies will be an advantage.
Experience in application support, enhancements, and production issue resolution.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
