Job summary

RSGx is seeking a proactive PMO Administrator in Kuala Lumpur to manage Procore and related systems such as SiteSense, Breadcrumb, and OpenSpace. You will ensure project data, workflows, integrations, and user access are correctly configured and maintained across the PMO tech stack.

Reporting to the PMO Systems Lead, you will support operations, commercial, finance and HR to ensure seamless data flow from project setup to field and progress-capture tools across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or system support roles.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English for cross-functional communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Experience with Excel and document tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination across departments.
• Experience providing user support or onboarding on new platforms is a bonus.
• Procore experience is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and configure new projects in Procore and manage user access.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to upload templates and set up monthly billing periods.
• Configure approval workflows in line with Delegation of Authority.
