Job summary

RSGx is seeking a proactive PMO Administrator in Kuala Lumpur to support Procore and related PMO systems. You will manage project setup, user access, and data integrity across Procore, SiteSense, Breadcrumb, and OpenSpace.

You will work with the PMO Systems Lead and cross-functional teams in operations, commercial, finance and HR to ensure seamless data flows and system integrations across the PMO technology stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a system support role.
• Proficiency in English, strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and configure new projects in Procore.
• Add users to projects and assign permission roles.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to upload budget templates and establish monthly billing periods for progress claims.
• Apply and update approval workflow templates according to Delegation of Authority.
