Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Analyst to support the PMO in delivering projects, ensuring governance, and assisting audit processes. You will work with project teams, vendors, governance committees, and management to maintain visibility and drive timely decisions.

The role emphasizes coordinating meetings, documenting requirements, and maintaining project trackers while ensuring compliance with governance guidelines. A background in PMO or project coordination is preferred.

Qualifications

• PMO, project coordination or governance experience preferred.
• Familiar with ClickUp/Jira and MS Office/Teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders at different levels.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple ongoing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project delivery: maintain plans, track milestones, budgets, and timelines.
• Support governance by preparing minutes, status reports and templates.
• Assist IT audit: gather evidence, track requests and coordinate with control owners.
