Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, PM, IT, or related field.
• 3-5 years PMO or project coordination experience.
• Experience in shared service centre offshoring and transition management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
• Monitor progress: schedule, budget, scope; align with project plans.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support project managers in resource planning, risk management, and issue resolution processes.
• Facilitate project meetings, document minutes, and track action items to closure.
• Ensure data accuracy in project management systems and repositories.
• Conduct analysis of project performance data to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution and communication.
