Job summary

AHAM Capital is seeking a diligent PMO/Project Coordinator to oversee project delivery, governance, and IT audit support. You will maintain plans, coordinate meetings, and prepare governance artifacts while liaising with stakeholders across IT and business units.

The role requires solid PMO experience, familiarity with ClickUp/Jira, and strong communication skills to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a PMO, project management, project coordination, or governance-related role is preferred.
• Comfortable with IT terms and able to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiar with project tracking tools such as ClickUp/Jira, and proficient with Microsoft Office/Teams.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple ongoing tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at different levels.
• PMP, CSM, or similar certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery Coordination: maintain project plans, track milestones, budgets, timelines, and ownership; coordinate meetings and requirement-gathering sessions; support action item follow-up.
• Project Governance: act as PMO secretariat for governance committees; prepare minutes, status reports, risk assessments, and governance documents; distribute monthly progress updates.
• Audit Support: coordinate IT audit requests, liaise with IT and control owners to gather evidence, and maintain audit trackers.
