Job summary

UNDP Careers in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an ICT Associate to deliver tier 2 ICT support and manage IT systems in a client‑oriented environment. You will work with the GSSC KL team to resolve incidents, support networks, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

The role requires strong IT skills, relevant certifications, and the ability to document processes, mentor junior staff, and maintain security and business continuity across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Secondary education is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is encouraged.
• ITIL or Microsoft certifications are desirable.
• Experience with Office 365 and collaboration tools is preferred.
• Minimum six years of ICT/network experience with secondary education, or 3 years with a Bachelor’s.

Responsibilities

• Support ICT Operations and Service Delivery.
• Manage day-to-day ICT operations and support services.
• Coordinate resolution of complex technical incidents and escalations.
• Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with security patches and vulnerability remediation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases.
• Coach and mentor junior ICT personnel.
• Monitor service performance and drive improvements.
• Design and implement automation using Power Platform.
