Job summary

Key responsibilities

1. Content Planning

• Develop monthly and quarterly content plans aligned with platform positioning, target audiences, and business objectives.
• Establish content themes, creative directions, and publishing schedules.
• Develop engaging content, including short-form videos, social media posts, articles, campaigns, and video scripts.
• Collaborate with Design, Video Production, and Marketing teams to ensure quality content delivery.

3. Platform Management

• Manage daily content publishing and operations across social media platforms( social media name)
• Adapt content strategies to each platform to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.

4. Trend & Market Analysis

• Monitor social media trends, viral topics, audience interests, and industry developments.
• Turn relevant trends into creative and engaging content ideas.

5. Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Track content KPIs, including views, reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Analyze performance data to optimize content strategies and improve results.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate content projects from planning to publication, working with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with brand and business objectives.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in content planning, content strategy, social media, digital marketing, or event campaign management
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their content formats, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
• Able to develop content calendars, campaign plans, content briefs, creative directions, and campaign timelines
• Strong copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling headlines, captions, scripts, and campaign messages
• Experience in planning and executing event campaigns, social media campaigns, or digital marketing campaigns is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage, as the role may need to communicate and coordination with the China HQ or Customers
