Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas for promotions, campaigns, and activities.
• Research TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and trending content.
• Plan content calendars and campaign content flow.
• Create content that supports sales, engagement, and brand awareness objectives.
• Write scripts, shot lists, and content briefs.

Production Management

• Plan and organize video shoots.
• Coordinate with outlet teams and staff talents.
• Arrange shooting schedules and locations.

Videography

• Capture high-quality videos and photos for marketing campaigns.
• Operate cameras, smartphones, microphones, and basic lighting equipment.
• Ensure proper framing, audio quality, and visual standards.
• Collect sufficient footage for the editing team.

Event Coverage

• Cover roadshows, grand openings, festive campaigns, and special events.
• Capture key moments and customer interactions.
• Support livestream preparation when required.

Performance Review

• Work with the marketing team to evaluate content performance.
• Identify content trends and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute ideas for future campaigns.
